2010 Salary Freeze Arbitration Documents

Filed with the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), June 24, 2010 seeking binding arbitration to end the salary freeze: The Brief jointly submitted to PERC on behalf of the Rutgers unions

2. Grievances filed as either violations of the 2009 MOA or as violations of the 2007-2011 Contract:

Failure to Notify of Enhanced Awards
WON

*EOF Grievance on Contract Violation SETTLEMENT

*TA/GA and Faculty Promotion Salary Adjustment Grievance SETTLEMENT REACHED, the newly promoted faculty were paid the 10% salary increase and, then, the TA-GA retroactive payment was implemented Fall 2011 and a 4% increase paid starting on July 1, 2011

*Full-time Faculty Grievance on Violation of the MOA SETTLEMENT
