The salary increases awarded for the Fiscal Year 2008-2009 of the Faculty Compensation Program (FCP) were conducted under the provisions of the 2007-2011 Agreement between Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and Rutgers Council of AAUP-AFT in Article VIII as an "enhanced" salary process (which replaced the previous FASIP procedure). The distributions of the enhanced salary increases for faculty who are 100% grant-funded have been analyzed and the data are provided in the following links.

We welcome comments from our members on your assessments of the salary program and its distributions. We are investigating the extent to which non-tenure-track faculty are not being considered for an enhanced salary increase and why.
